Cornwall, The Lizard - Cadgwith

We were lucky to have a fishing boat come ashore while we were there. They radio in to say they are coming and someone comes down ready with a hook on a winch line. The boat charges at the shore which is mostly large round rocks and gets up high enough to not wash back out. They attach the winch and pull the boat up on its metal protected hull. Once they get high enough they pull it along a rubber strip of matting to get it above high tide mark. What a process!
